Admissions and Reception Assistant

We are seeking a friendly, welcoming and highly organised part time Admissions and Reception Assistant. In this vital role, you will manage Reception desk operations and provide exceptional customer service to all stakeholders. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will ensure smooth daily operations and contribute to the conversions of student recruitment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative skills while contributing to a dynamic team.
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience in reception and office management or administrative support roles with strong clerical skills. Previous experience of working in a school would be highly desirable
- Excellent customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and interpersonal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and experience using bespoke systems
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting
