Day Student Transport Routes
Ampleforth College offers a number of daily transport services for day students who live in the local area. The map below provides a snapshot of our pick up and drop off locations with further details including timings and costs of each of our current services listed below. Important Information
- All times stated are approximate, however buses will aim to leave each departure point on time.
- Transport is not provided on Saturday afternoons therefore parents must make their own arrangements to collect their children from school.
- Please inform any ad hoc changes to day student transport requirements to the Transport, Logistics and Security Manager (Mr Barrie Wilson: 01439 766790, bw@ampleforth.org.uk ).
- Note: The Transport Department cannot guarantee that students attending Schola rehearsals will arrive on time for the start of rehearsal and therefore alternative transport arrangements may need to be made by parents accordingly.
- The collection & drop off zone at the College will be to the rear of St Alban’s Centre - students will not be driven to individual houses to be dropped off or collected.
- Parents are required to complete a registration form before the term begins, as transport routes are planned in advance.
