16+ Senior Scholarship Day - Friday 6 November 2026

Students who would like to be considered for a Senior Scholarship when joining Year 12 in September 2027 are invited to sit assessments and an interview on Friday 6 November 2026. Senior Scholarships are available in Academics, Art, Dance, Drama, Design & Technology, Music or Sport. We also offer JCB Scholarships in Business or Engineering with assessments taking place at the JCB Headquarters in Uttoxeter, Staffordshire in November.

We are holding a Sixth Form Information Morning on Saturday 7 November 2026, 10am-1.15pm. You will learn about potential subject choices, meet our A Level and BTEC teachers as well as students, and hear about the richness of life on offer in our Sixth Form. The morning will finish after lunch and you are most welcome to stay to watch sports matches in the valley in the afternoon.
