Team Leader - Front of House

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our catering team who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, as part of a lively busy team. Good communication and excellent customer service skills are essential for this role, along with being a strong team player. 

This role is full-time and will include weekend working. This is very much a hands-on role and the successful applicant will undertake supervision of and assisting with food service and clearing duties for the provision of lunch and supper, taking ownership for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, service standards and the smooth running of food service, along with the direct management of the team of Catering Assistants. The service operates a shift system covering a 3-weekly cycle; you will be required to work during hours that cover the service of lunches and supper meals.

Hours:  40 hours per week, 5 over 7 days per week, working shifts between 8am-9pm
