The College starts the 2023-24 academic year with confidence and ambition.

Our focus is on providing an excellent and vibrant education which challenges and inspires pupils to actively participate in the richness of all that we offer and enthuse them with a love of learning.

We live in a time when the transformative nature of St Benedict’s teachings provide a notably contemporary response to the needs of our young people. They are encouraged to have the highest expectations of themselves in a world that too often values the superficial and the easy path. They learn to give of themselves, to listen to and serve others, to reflect, and to seek the truth.

Our strength comes from the whole Ampleforth community, working together and appreciating and encouraging everyone’s talents and contributions.
