16+ Senior Scholarship Day - Friday 7 November 2025

Suitable for students considering joining in Year 12, 2026. Students who would like to be considered for a 16+ Scholarship in September 2026 are invited to sit a series of scholarship assessments and an interview relevant to the award for which they are applying on Friday 7 November 2025. 16+ scholarships are available in the areas of Academic, Art, Dance, Drama, Design and Technology, JCB*, Music or Sport.

* Kindly note that JCB Scholarship assessments for successful applicants will take place on Tuesday 11 November 2025 at the JCB headquarters in Uttoxeter.

On Saturday 8 November 2025 we will be holding a Sixth Form Information and Options Morning. The event will take place between 10am - 1.30pm and will include an introduction to Sixth Form life from our Head, Jon Mutton, Head of Sixth Form, Christopher Vowles, plus a chance to meet our students and ask questions. There will also be an Options Fair where you will be able to speak to our staff and learn more about our A Level and BTEC courses. The morning will finish with lunch and an opportunity to watch sport in the valley in the afternoon.
